He was glossing over the fact he had forcibly split himself because his mother threatened to abandon him.

"...ho--okay. So, I have a few quirks. Who doesn't? And everyone wants to please the people they care about, that's totally a normal thing."

He rubbed the back of his neck, eyes darting anywhere but the Seelie or Gordon.

"See you're doing it again!" Freeman is quick to correct and scold. "What do you hate about seeing us? What can't you face?" It frustrated the alpha to a degree.

He was almost twisting his tie into a series of knots. "This isn't an easy conversation."

The Seelie holds his other side's face and smiles. "I know it isn't. I know seeing me brings back a lot of bad memories and it hurts to have to face me."

The faerie gives him a smile, "I'll behave."

Once managed five seconds this time, focusing on his double. "I don't like living like this either, you know. But...."

"But you don't want to accept me back, and I understand." No it didn't but it tried. He was doomed to never be complete by the looks of things.

"I...I don't know either...how did you banished the other one, the callous us?" To call it evil was too much, it was just irresponsible and greedy. "I'm a part of you but one you hate."
