This One Is Too Easy - One New Habit

Jan 04, 2014 15:30

Day 3: Decide on one positive habit you’d like to implement in your life. Whether seemingly mundane (like flossing) or perhaps life-altering (exercising every day), think of something you’d like to add to your life that will be beneficial. Then, think about the steps you’ll take to get there, and how you’ll keep yourself accountable.

As usual - I'm way over the top and complicated. Here are the things I have on a list to try to do almost every day. I'm not holding myself to 100% success on each and every thing, but these are the things that I think (in tiny increments) will move me in the direction of the things I would like to achieve this year.

I know it's only January 4, but I'm on track (have to do 1, 2, 3, 4 before I can get to 363, 364, and 365). And I'm writing every day, which is a pretty huge one for me. I am feeling happier and more focused than I have in a long time. And I have spent a lot of time and effort to set up a system in OneNote to have everything in front of me every day, which is critical for me. I need things organized and in front of me or else I lose them in the shuffle. Pretty happy with how it's going so far and am planning to keep up the blog and the facebook group postings daily. Will be fun to see what I can accomplish this year and where I will find myself by the time 2015 rolls around.
