Merry Christmas to everyone!
I've been real lazy this holiday season. Lazy and broke. My parents told me that since I didn't really have much money (i.e. i'm in debt) that I didn't have to get them any gifts this year. So I figured that if I didn't have enough to get my parents anything then I shouldn't really be getting anything for anyone and I ask them not to get anything for me.
I wish I had the money. I really enjoy giving gifts that I know people will like. It doesn't feel right this year, not giving presents. Not right at all.
However, in a way I did give my parents and nice surprise today. Seneca posted their marks today and I received all A's and a spot on the President's List. Honestly, for the first time ever I'm satisfied with my academic performence.
