I just go back from my second trip to Montreal this hockey season. Much like the last one it was filled with drinking, partying, a hockey game and good times. Oh and rippers too...don't worry I did my part in putting them through college or supporting their children.
Speaking of college I'm almost done for good more then likely. I doubt I'd ever have the time or money to spend on anything else but there si always th possiblity. I quit my Superstore job back in September...I don't remeber if I had mentioned that or not. For the past month and a half I've been interning at 2 places as part of my school work processes thing (I need 100 hours, I'm welll over). The first place is a production company called Brown Entertainment (www.brown25.com). They mostly make commercials such as the Pro-Line "Anything Can Happen" spots (like the "Retro Everything" one) and the Boston Pizza one with the girl who gets alot of attention everywhere she goes. Tomorrow I'l be able to go onset finally since they're filming in Toronto and not else where like they have been. We're filming two KFC commercials which will definitly be on air soon.
I'm also interning at Rogers Sportsnet. There I'm learning how to edit sport highlight packages and what not that you'd see about the games and interviews and what not. It's pretty mundane but pretty cool at the same time.
After school I'm going to try and freelance at both places for a while since nither will offer full time employment right off the bat. After about a year of that and saving up money I'll buy a new (to me) truck and then re-evalute where I am at.
