Yay for pointless weekends!
I finally posted my Suiko one-shot at ff.net. I won't post it here, because as far as I know, not many people on my flist play Suikoden, but if you do want to read it, you can find it here.
I finally got Rene in my new file, which is the first time I ever got Rene, period. Hee. It took me about five retry's before I finally was able to keep her alive throughout the whole thing >>;; This is why I never bothered trying to get her before; I am way too impatient to sit through the same battle five times and have her die right before she finds the third ore. Pshaw.
It took me two times to get Hero4, which is better than last time. Its not my fault I can't control him during the battle and he is too stupid won't runaway when his hitpoints get low. I also got Snowe, but his battle is always super easy, anyway, so thats no big deal. Now I just have to level him up! Everyone else is at level 13 or so, and he is at level... four T_T God, Snowe, why must you be such a pansy? ... I really do adore Snowe, he is one of my favorite characters. And I don't. Know. Why.
Hervey... god, at one point, I wanted to kill Hervey. Everyone else withdrew when they got out, but no, he had to die every. Single. Time. I am under the belief it is because he wanted to see how Sigurd would react, but thats just me (and on that note, Sigurd didn't react. Poor Hervey). This is basically how the battle went:
Bre: -Wails as Hervey dies AGAIN-
Bre: -restarts battle-
Bre: -threatens Hervey with ultimate death (AKA not pressing restart) if he dies again-
Bre: -Wails as Hervey dies AGAIN, presses restart-
Heh.
I really am doing a lot better at leveling up characters, though. In my first file, the only ones I can use are the main storyline characters, and sometimes they really can't help. But now... bwahah. (Now I just hope they don't die >>;; I get sad when they die)
Hm... I need to get my Suikoden IV game back from Kiba. I have sudden urges to play it again. Hee.
EDIT: Another reason to love Suikoden Tactics:
Bre: -Gasps as she realizes the stupid rodent is after a level four Snowe and could possibly kill him- NO YOU DON'T YOU EVIL FURBALL!
Hero4: -thought bubble- I'll protect you! -takes Snowe's damage-
Snowe: -thought bubble- I owe you one.
Bre: ... -very happy fangirl-
Yeah, I am COMPLETELY out of it. Oh, and there was that questionable conversation between Jeremy and Trishtan...
Second reason to love Suikoden, period:
108 characters. Need I say more?
Only two more episodes of Fullmetal Alchemist left on Adult Swim. That thought made me strangely sad last night. Next to Excel Saga (which I SO do not remember at all XD), it will be the first anime series I'll have finished, which is kinda sad... but yeah. Wrath almost made me cry last night, too. He's just too damn adorable ^__^;;
And after watching Teen Titans and Justice League last night, I have come to the conclusion I am slowly (yeah right) starting to become addicted to stuff like that. Damn me. Not that I mind. 'Cause Red X was in an episode last night, which made me very happy XD He's only in three episodes, which makes me sad. And I love Kid Flash, who just makes me laugh. I really need a normal, SANE hobby (yeah right, like that will happen).
We are not going down to Florida for Spring Break. Which sucks, because I already told Wakka I couldn't go see Chicago with her. So now my parents are trying to get tickets for us. And that almost means I won't be able to see freespirit08, which also sucks. And it ALSO means we'll have to go to Delaware, again, which is getting really old really fast.
It only took me an hour to clean my room this morning, new record! Imsuchadork.
