Yamajima-thon anyone?

After complaining about the lack of Yamajima and the influx of Arijima and Takayama (ALKSJDASD) with _____just_me, I'm contemplating hosting a Yamajima fic-a-thon at yamajima (I forgot I was the mod there THAT IS SO SAD). I mean seriously, I saw that one Takayama author comment saying that she's glad Yamajima is extinct. WE CANNOT LET THIS HAPPEN D:But. I need prompts

I remember when Yamajima was dubbed the new Akame.....and then Akame was declared dead. 0_0 AND THEN somehow....the same thing began to happen to Yamajima. I don't know how, I don't know exactly when....but everyone went to AriJima and TakaYama. AND I DON'T LIKE IT Though I have pinpointed it somewhat. (Okay that kinda doesn't make sense but w/e) It happened sometime between Your Seed and MnSB. Some time in September... xP

Honestly, I can say that Jen chibilover14 had a lot to do with it, what with her being the founder of TakaYama. Not that I'm pointing fingers. *points metaphorical finger*

I have done so many rants about the lack of Yamajima you have no idea. And you two seem to be some of the only hard-core Yamajima-ers left. We're all sticking together now. I, along with a friend of mine, even started a Bring Back Yamajima Movement.

I'm totally on-board to join this YAMAJIMA-THON. Just let me think up some good prompts and I'll be back. ♥

Ahaha, I don't even try XD;; I mean, usually I'm not, but Takayama and Arijima REALLY get on my nerves. Because they seemed to have popped from no where and I can't see very much concrete evidence supporting them D: Well, Arijima. I don't know. It doesn't help that I was a hardcore Yamajima lover before most people even knew who Yamada was.

I'm so guilty to say I was one of the people calling it the Akame. I preferred comparing it to Tackey & Tsubasa but no one understood that reference D: But I agree with you, it just popped out of nowhere and now I'm seeing Takayama on my flist daily and IT DOESN'T MAKE ME HAPPY D< -shot-

I don't know her, so I don't want to be mean, but yeah... I have to agree there ^^;; Logically, fans, especially the new ones, want to like a pairing that a lot of people like and where there's a lot of stuff for them, so the fact that she can write really quickly and updates a lot probably attracts people. Same with the other Takayama and Arijima writers- they seem to write really fast, and I... don't D:

I'm with ya all the way on that XD Especially now that there DOES seem to be Yamajima evidence lately -with the scans and shows and stuff,- we can't let it die now!

I'm a horrible liar. Because in all honestly, I wasn't a pairing basher until TakaYama and AriJima popped up. They could never have as much evidence as Yamajima. And I know what you mean. People who haven't seen the chibi Yamajima junior days are missing out, and are therefore not exposed to the reality of Yamajima. D:

No no I was one of them too. But I never knew it would end up like THIS haha. T&T does really seem to fit wonderfully. :) It's a shame looking in the tags in the fic communities and seeing that the TakaYama tag has many more uses than the Yamajima one D: DON'T WORRY. NO SHOT HERE, BECAUSE I FEEL THE SAME.

*nods in agreement* I don't write fast enough either ...otherwise there would be a lot more Yamajima out there. I almost pity the new fans coming in now because they don't get to form their own opinions because there are so many fans shoving certain pairings (namely TakaYama and AriJima) in their faces.

YES. BUT NO ONE NOTICES THEIR MOMENTS ANYMORE. That's the problem. I could so name a few right now, but I don't want to spam you anymore than I already have xP

I think there are only two pairings of mine that I love where I get really moody and depressed over other pairings of them, Tackey & Tsubasa and Yamajima, of course XD So when anyone writes something other than that I feel the need to bash D: But just because those are my absolute favorites ♥ I miss chibi Yamajima days so much D: Nowadays even watching their old performances makes me sad Y_Y

I love T&T's relationship, more pairings should be like them ♥ I don't even want to check the ratio of TakaYama + AriJima to Yamajima fanfics anymore, I just know it'll make me depressed ):

I write reaaaaaally slow XD;; Especially now that I don't have as much free time as I use to. And my other friends that wrote Yamajima don't write as much anymore, either. As harsh as that sounds it does kind of seem true, because I know when I was first getting into JE I was immediately attracted to whatever pairing seemed popular and whatever had the most fanfiction about them. Because even if it's just fanfiction, new fans will think it's real. Or something. I don't even know what I'm saying now XD

It's so sad that no one cares about the evidence anymore D: Aww, don't worry about spamming me, I like spam XD
