why do we think family means so much?

so my mom just came in here and told me she wasnt going to go to band banquet this year, my senior and last band banquet ever, because she would rather go see kim in ten. in a crew race that she is going to come last place in. my mom even said "shes going to come in last but i would like to be there for her" and you wouldnt want to be there for me? thanx momm. let me remind you that we didnt even go to banquet last year, and freshman year when kim was a senior i dindt even want to go, i wanted to go to my soccer games but my mom made me miss them so kim could have HER family at her senior banquet, acually my mom MADE me go to ALL of her banquets, how unfair is this?

so my conclusion, family is nothing and you dont need them. all they ever do is piss you off and let you down. so screw them.
