Ann A. Christensen
1910 - 2007
Ann was born of Mike and Agnes Eskierka on January 29, 1910 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The next day, she was received into the Kingdom of God through baptism. She spent most of her life in Minneapolis, but for a short time, Ann, as a child, moved with her family to Johnsdale, Minnesota.
Ann was confirmed in the Lutheran faith on April 6, 1941. She spent her life worshipping at Fairview Lutheran and later King of Grace Lutheran. Along with raising her children and serving in various ways through her church, she also worked several part time jobs.
On July 22, 2007, the Lord of Ann's life sent His holy angels to take her into eternal life in heaven. Her body will be laid to rest at Crystal Lake Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto and daughter,
Phyllis Lane; she is survived by son, Bruce, daughter Kay (Charles Rinaldi) Christensen, grandchildren Steven, Deanna, Robert, Gena and Emily, and great-grandchildren Brett, Anna, Scott, and Mitchell.
Then I heard a voice from heaven say, "Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on. Yes," says the Spirit, "they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them." - Revelation 14:13
Blessed be her memory.
