Home sick
Aislin is home sick today. Poor kid. She's flopped out on the floor watching PBS Kids.
The checkout girl at Trader Joe's asked me if I allowed her to watch TV when she was sick. She said that she was home-schooled when she was a kid and that her mom's philosophy was "if you're too sick to do school then you're too sick to watch TV."
Not my philosophy! We're going to make some Christmas cookies later, but I don't begrudge her a little TV watching when she's sick. That's what I like to do when I'm sick!
