Catching up on last week's tv.
The Office season finale:
Wow, that was hugely disappointing. Toby should have gotten over Pam months ago; his attachment to her is just painful to watch. ARGH, with the Andy/Angela pre-empting Jim's proposal! That was rather painful too, and not just because Jim and Pam were cuddling so sweetly.
I'm glad Pam got into her art school and I really hope she goes. I'd love to see her character develop more, and I love that Jim is supportive in ways that Roy wasn't.
I also rather like the new HR person (Holly?) It's nice seeing a successful, professional woman on this show who has a sense of fun and isn't insane. Though her misconception of Kevin's intelligence made me squirm, even though it was instigated by Dwight. I like Kevin.

Battlestar Galactica 4x07:
Refresh my memory: apart from surviving, has anything really good happened to Gaeta since the series began?? I'd kind of like to write a story called "In Which Something Good Happens to Gaeta." I mean...at least Kara's getting some nooky. Yeesh.
Oh, Athena. You didn't have to kill Six. :( On the other hand, it's nice seeing mama bear!Athena. The entire time she and Helo were on the Demetrius, I was waiting for one of them to say something like, "I'm so glad [whoever] is watching Hera while we're away!" (Which kind of makes me want to write a story about Roslin and Adama watching Hera together. Unlikely, I know, but cute!)
I'm glad Roslin called Tory out, and I'm glad Roslin and Kara reconciled.
You know, when Lee's not around, I tend to forget he exists. And when he shows up, I tend to grind my teeth. I can't really explain why.
I was rather uncharitable toward Zarek when I started watching the show. I've been meaning to take it back for some time. I've been liking him since they all went to that temple in S2.
I sincerely hope that Baltar is the leader who dies because I want Roslin and Kara to live to enjoy Earth.
I have no idea who the final Cylon might be.

Doctor Who: The Unicorn and the Wasp:
OMG, that was ridiculous. But fun. The plot was pretty silly, but the Donna - Doctor - Agatha Christie interaction was great. I love Donna, people. I think I love her more than Rose and Martha. And I love them a lot.
I needed something like that after "The Doctor's Daughter."
I really need to find a nice Donna icon now.
And I need to write my final two kisses: Buffy/Xander and Ron/Hermione. Whee!
