"Evolution of the Daleks" could have been much better.
The idea was interesting, but the sequence of events was just too predictable. Lazlo and Tallulah were sweet. I like Tallulah a lot.
I like Martha too. Muchly.
It doesn't bother me that the Doctor misses Rose. She meant a lot to him. I can't compare her with his previous companions, but I think we're supposed to believe that she was much more than a travel buddy.
Mmm, less impressed with David Tennant's shouting and running around. Dude. Chill. You'll wear yourself out.
Anyway, I'm confused now about the timeline. Supposedly, Dalek Khan (I've decided to spell it that way) is the last one. But what about the one that the Doctor and Rose find in "Dalek"? And what about the ones in "Bad Wolf" and all the episodes that follow? Where did they come from? The Cult of Skara (sp?) - are they refugees from the fight with the Time Lords or the fight with the Cybermen? The former, right?
Next week's episode doesn't look terribly promising. *sigh*
