Congrats on the job! My sister-in-law did that for a while. I do not think she found it to be terribly exciting -- but I do not recall her thinking it was horrid either. That is the nice thing about a temp job -- you know it will end so you can handle a little boredom!

Either way yay for some more money coming in!

Well, I don't technically have it yet. We'll see if I make it through orientation. Though I imagine I shall. *sigh* God, it's dull. But at least I'll be able to finance my roadtrip this summer.

Today was gorgeous too. Too bad I had to spend just about all of it indoors. *sigh*

Hope your kitty's claw is okay. I don't know how many times I've found strange lumps and such on one of the dogs only to find out from the vet it was nothing to worry about.

*points to icon* I'm not mad - that's just my cat. *g* Poor Will. I cleaned his paw a bit (he hated that) and it doesn't look as bad as I first thought. Still, I'll keep an eye on it.

Yay for the job, though. It's nice to have the money rolling in, especially before summer. (I only got about 20 hours in the next MONTH at the scheduling meeting tonight. It was cutthroat, man.)

Phoebe has a mutant double-paw (she's seven-toed) and the last of the claws is pretty retarded. It curls around and grows back into her pad if I don't keep it constantly trimmed.

Boo, taxes. Double boo when Turbotax charges you fifty bucks to file.

Poor Phoebe. :( I bet she loves that.

My cat broke his toe, somehow, and the first we knew of it was after it had healed up and his claw grew strange and chunky. We pointed it out to the vet and he asked when the toe had been broken. The cat never seemed to be in pain, and it didn't trouble him.
