Yesterday was nice. The weather was lovely, so Mom and I did a short hike around Taylor's Falls, which is...I don't know. Um, across the St. Croix river from Wisconsin. It was quite pretty up there. The potholes were cool. After that, we stopped at an apple orchard and got some apples, and pancake mix, and jam. I got this strawberry-centric cookbook. Whee! Strawberry fondue! Strawberry crepes! Strawberry cheesecake! Strawberry muffins! Strawberry everything! *is giddy*
After that we had an early dinner in Stillwater, which is very cute. Unfortunately, it's also very conservative. I'm not just poking at non-liberal Democrats. The Stillwater rep is a horror. She's extremely bigoted and she wants to censor what university professors can say in a classroom. Pfffft. But the town is lovely! We ate overlooking the water and I had this yummy drink which involved Tuaca liquer, hot apple cider, whipped cream, and cinnamon. MMMMM.
Then we went swimming. In all, a nice day. And omg I may be starting to like Minnesota. I don't belong here, but it's not a bad place. (Except my town, which is very dull.)
Anyway.

I feel like a traitor to my OTP, but Krum's a cutie. Is it wrong that I want him to keep his furry hat on while he's doing it?

In Star Wars (A New Hope) what's the name of the planet thing that the rebels are on at the end? With the ceremony? Is it Yavin something? Or one of its moons? *mysterious*
