Why is cartoon!DCU so much better than movie!DCU? That was a rhetorical question. I could list the numerous reasons. I finished "Justice League" (the 2001 series) this morning and it was amazing. Not that I doubted Shayera would side with the League after all but it was still very, very cool. This Batman is the best Batman. I love that he doesn't dominate the series, but just kind of pops in occasionally to save the day and/or lay down some snark. And I love his flirtation with Wonder Woman. (She seems to be doing most of the flirting, but he doesn't seem to mind at all.)

I wasn't sure how the characters would refer to one another. Some of them know each other's real names, some don't. Does Superman think of himself as Superman or as Clark? I don't know. (Not that Superman is in this ficlet.) I just went with what felt right. Not sure it is right.
