Going to go with this one, since I just read it and loved it: The Material Properties of Memory by ignipes. X-Men: First Class, gen, focused on Emma Frost, with appearances by Mystique, Erik, and Charles. This is a brilliant, beautifully written look at Emma. This Emma is complex and introspective, deceptive, but not without compassion.
And on a lighter note, I also recommend the Emma-centric The Emperor's New Clothes, which is about Erik's spectacularly bad costume choices. It's very funny.
