At the car repair place. Have been here since 12, will probably be here until 5 or 6 while they do about $1,200 worth of repairs.

Still, everyone tells me that this is a good car and so far the cost of repairing it has been less than the cost of getting a new old car.
I still want very badly to hurt somebody or something. If the weather were decent and if I weren't congested, I could channel my aggression into energy, but for now all I can do is sit and seethe.
Oh, and as a precaution, I deleted all my Gmail contacts. So, if we've been chatting on Gmail, you've disappeared from my contacts. And I don't remember anyone's name.

I keep thinking about my former students and co-workers in Japan. I'm sure most of them are still in Kansai, which the tsunami and earthquake doesn't seem to have affected. Still, I hope they're all right. What a horrible, heartbreaking thing.
