  • Posted my space-wrapped story very late last night: Let It Shine (Kirk/McCoy, Winona, Sam | teen | 6,100 words | Leonard McCoy celebrates his first Chanukah with the Kirks.)

  • Snowpocalypse is over! Now we're just digging ourselves out from under about two feet of snow. The roof of the metro dome caved in. *facepalm*

I took photos of the yard:

The snowdrift outside my window. (A link because I forgot to shrink this image.)

    The snowdrift by the backdoor.

    The backyard.

    Damn.

    The front yard

Little Alice in the backyard. My stepdad had to dig a trench for her and the other dogs.

And, of course, I couldn't resist doing this:

I don't know if this is supposed to be Delta Vega or some other ice world. Either way, Jim is clearly in trouble.

    And so is Scotty.

    "HEEEEEEELP!"

So, Bones comes over to help them out and/or say "I told you so."

It does not work out for him.

    But then, later, it does.

(In case you're wondering, someone performed a head transplant on Bones. Ah, the wonders of modern medicine.)

And things worked out for Scotty too. (Imagine Gaila and/or Nurse Chapel about to walk up to him in a short skirt.)

    The end!
