Posted Consumed, my mpreg horror story of doom. I really like it. It's disturbing as hell, but I felt like telling a really disturbing story. With a ray of light at the end, of course. (Though, as someone rightly pointed out last night, mpreg is kind of a misnomer, since the preg is all in the m's head ( Read more... )

Those roads are very tempting.

I fell in love with the pilot of Glee and since then I've been steadily becoming more and more disenchanted with it. The songs are still great though. At some point I'll watch the season finale and I doubt I'll make much effort to watch season 2.

I think I'm breaking up with this show. :( I've seen seven episodes and I don't really care for any of the characters. Just the singing.

Some of those photos make me want to build a fence around those roads so that people don't fall of, but in general they're all very wow-worthy. ;) They really give you itchy feet (or wheels, in that case), don't they? :D

What did you get for your brother?

Hee! Yeah, some of those roads look kind of dangerous. I might want to park my car and get out and walk for a ways.

I ended up getting my brother the "Han Shot First" t-shirt. And a plush Chewbacca to go with it. I hope he likes it. I never know with him.

Dude I have five million tabs open so I'm slinking in completely at random to ask, which bag did you end up deciding on? All your choices looked great!

(My turquoise one came the other day--omg so pretty! I think I'm going to treat it with some protector before I use it, because it's pretty soft leather, but I can't wait to schlep my notebooks around in it. Bags, why so practical and yet awesome?)

This one!

I hope it arrives before my trip to Chicago on Saturday. I want to look reasonably stylish. :)

How do you treat yours? What do you use? It's been so long since I've had a leather bag, I don't know what to do with it.

Oh, so cute! I love the embroidery. Very pretty!

I'm usually bad about remembering to treat my shoes and bags, but it occurred to me, since I got this bag wanting to travel with it in drizzly London, I should probably spray it with some leather protectant or something. I got a product from a good shoe store a while ago, but I haven't tried it yet. I figure I'll spot-test is somewhere inconspicuous? I'll let you know if it's promising or disastrous!

It's lovely in person too. It just arrived. :)

Let me know how the protector thing goes. I need to protect my lovely new bag. Which is bigger than I'd anticipated. I bet I could fit my laptop in there. (I have no sense of size.) Yay! I get to wear it to Chicago on Saturday! Hopefully my new black shirt arrives tomorrow.
