He might see it shuffling along the hallway, a small, grey, slightly lumpish-looking critter, about knee-high on him, dragging something flat and soft and red, holding it in its mouth. The thing might pause, wiping its brow with a forepaw. Or forehoof. The thing has a brush-like tail and a short, spiky mane. It looks for all the world like a donkey, but it's too small and the shape is wrong, too soft and the legs are way too short.
It looks, for all the world, like a plush toy. That's moving by itself. And it looks like its moving a red doggie bed. But that can't be happening, can it??
