Good cover art for self-published.

I believe part of it the author painted himself, and the background is from some famous work. (It was mentioned in the author's note.) But agreed: It's a very nice cover for self-published!

An adorable, eye-catching cover. I love mice (obviously). Too bad the book doesn't stand up on its own; the terminology sounds confusing and the awards part is misleading.

For more books about mice, have you tried Mouse Guard or The Rescuers series by Margery Sharp. The second is a bit dated but I liked it when I read it in my teens.

I've seen the The Rescuers movie, if it's the same as the book series? But either way, I do like books about mice, so thanks for the recs!
