sometimes jaejoong would laugh at the way that the fans paired them off: yoochun with junsu, and him with yunho being most popular. jaejoong didn't mind the pairings, because what mattered was the truth anyway.
jaejoong's fingers splayed against yoochun's chest, a starburst against a slice of the sky, yoochun's openmouthed kisses trailing down jaejoong's jawline and neck, mapping out the geography of their souls, jaejoong murmuring yoochun's name, a declaration, a promise for always, his fingernails digging into yoochun’s flesh, marking him, claiming him. and as the fever died down, one thing remained-
during a press conference, as jaejoong leaned in to listen to whatever yunho was saying, he watched yoochun give junsu’s thigh an affectionate squeeze (while changmin smirked at junsu’s attempts at being cute). and jaejoong marveled at how wonderful it was to see himself painted - imprinted - on yoochun’s skin, a masterpiece that only his and yoochun’s eyes could see. yoochun met jaejoong’s gaze and smiled, his eyes alight, searching jaejoong’s face. jaejoong knew that yoochun was equally pleased to find himself smeared vividly on jaejoong's skin.
