A bodyguard down and an absent servant was just the little crack in his home's security that Luke had been waiting for. One would almost think it was planned if the impulsive boy were capable of such a thing. Truth was it was just dumb luck, a bad temper and a cocky guard pushing the right buttons that lead to a broken nose and a escape rout. Seemed Guy's self-defense lessons finally provided some use.

Still now that he was out there it raise a big question. 'What do people do outside?' For years the youth imagined just what he'd do once he got out, the bulk of those thoughts revolved around finding his brother. Sadly this escape was so spur of the moment and he lacked any real preparations for a search. 'A picture or something would of helped.' A loud honk and shout shook the teen from his thoughts as a car zoomed by. "What the hell was that...?" He blinked and realized he was standing in the street rather than the side walk. Cars Its been so long since he'd seen one in action he'd almost forgotten the rules of a walk and don't walk sign.

Sending a glance both ways this time before crossing. With the possibility of plans diminished Luke decided to do what he did best... wing it! After all he wasn't going to find anyone when he couldn't even find his way around. Looking around he could tell he was in the shopping area Guy in the other servants spoke about. This place he could barely remember anymore but seven years tends to have that affect on things. "Hm... so this is how people shop without a computer?" The idea of it was kind of primitive but it didn't dampen Luke's curiosity.

Wondering over to a less crowded store he stopped at a mini shelf on wheels by the entrance. It was full of... "Books. Great...Even out here I'm getting nagged to read." He said while picking up one of the text and flipping through it. "Tch, yeah right like I came out here to stand around and read." Tossing it back on the shelf he soon realized why his teachers were so uptight about his mistreatment of books when the entire display tumble over, knocking him to his side with a loud clatter and an undignified shout.
