Summary: GeneCo's famous Italian Renaissance festival preceding the night's Genetic Opera
Location: Sanitarium Square, outside the GeneCo building
Date/Time: October 31st, evening
Status: OPEN
Sanitarium Square was lit up like a Christmas tree, with paper flags and strings of lights over the top of the tents and booths crammed into the relatively small Square. The billboards overhead flashed and babbled, adding to the already frenzied atmosphere and the sidewalks were crammed with people; fairgoers window shopping and mingling, performers showing off their talents, and surgeons advertising their new procedures, implants, and alterations.
Of course, over the top of all of it was the loudspeaker crowing merrily at everybody, everybody! to sample the food and culture of the fair and to line up, line up! for tickets to the evening's Opera. The whole thing came together in a whirl of light and noise, quite possibly enough to disorient those of weaker constitutions while being the ideal place for others to lose themselves in for a night of culture, fun, and questionable medical procedures performed in technically-sanitary circus tents.
