Taken from Americans ashamed by Americans ashamed by Americans (it's clever! get it?)
Erin Jacobson writes: I'm currently studying in England for the year and have met loads of people from Italy, France, Germany, Spain....and most have asked the same question: What do you think about Pres. Bush? Each time I answer that I voted for him, I end up having hour long discussions (full of lots of broken English) about why I would do such a "crazy" thing! It's hard to stand up for such beliefs in a place where everyone seems to be against you (except 2 nice Italians I've met =) but it's worth sharing the views Europeans never see or seem to understand! Be thankful that you live in the greatest country in the world!

Yeah, fuck them and their broken English! Next thing they'll be saying is that they either invented it or don't speak it at home! I mean, CHRIST. You sure convinced ME never to leave the greatest country in the world.

Protip: everyone overseas doesn't "seem" to be against you. They all hate you. Personally.

I was feeling kind of down today, but that made it a lot better.
