Chilly and wet this morning, but although I'm not keen on that, I am feeling very sorry for the north west of the US and Western Canada.
It's the end of June. How did that happen? But, it being the end of the month, I thought I should answer the last June questions in the meme.
25. Which of your good habits has made the biggest positive difference in your life?
Being grateful. It prevents all sorts of negativity.
26. What is your favourite tea brand?
I don't have a favourite brand and at the moment I'm looking for a company that doesn't use plastic in their teabags. If I'm drinking black tea, I like a good strong one. But I also really like green tea and tend to buy that as loose leaves at a Chinese supermarket in the city. Maybe I should buy loose leaf black tea, too, but I do drink more of that and loose leaf is less convenient for a quick cuppa.
27. What's a hobby you've been thinking about starting?
I don't really have hobbies. If I want to try and do something, I try it. I took up knitting last year, but now that I've finished that project, I'm not sure I'll continue. A hobby is something you do habitually and for relaxation, isn't it? The only thing I can think of that fits that criteria is reading and that's not really a hobby, either.
28. If I stepped into your shower, what is the first item I would notice?
I don't know. The taps, which would be right in front of you and are quite big? The rack that occupies the corner and holds shampoo and shower gel? The colour of the cubicle walls? What do people usually have in their showers?
29. Did you go to your high school’s homecoming dance?
And this one really doesn't apply. UK schools don't have those. Why are they called 'Homecoming' anyway? Surely if you've been at the school all year, you're already in a place you would call home.
30. Who taught you how to drive?
A properly qualified and licenced driving instructor *g*
The rest of the year's questions can be found under the cut
on my first January post.
