It is the most glorious, sunny morning out there and the forecast is for temperatures up to 15 degrees, so a good day to be out and about. I am told that the north pier
(as seen in this gif) is now open, so I think my walk may take me in that direction.
In the meantime, I have some catching-up to do.
15. What do you think could be done to improve the media?
I would appreciate a wider acceptance of the importance of employing dedicated fact checkers.
16. What kind of traveling do you not enjoy as much?
I'm not particularly fond of buses. Unlike the train, I find it hard to read a book on a bus.
17. What’s a common experience for many people that you’ve never experienced?
Like KazzyCee, I've never experienced either Nandos or KFC. One of my ex-colleagues threatened to take me to KFC, but for one reason or another (mostly because there were other, better alternatives) it never happened *g*
18. What did you Google last?
I don't use Google for most searches. DuckDuckGo is my default search engine, because it doesn't track my usage like Google does.
However, I have to admit defeat and I do use Google for maps. Google maps, having satellite version and street view are just so much better than any alternative. So the last thing I googled was probably a map of the local area, in order to find a particular place.
19. What’s the dumbest thing someone has argued with you about?
I come from a very argumentative family. Except we call it debate. One I remember particularly was about whether or not Chiang Kai-shek had fighter planes in the 1920s and 30s *g*
