Today I am determined to break out of my recent torpor and start doing 'things'. Maybe not out of doors yet, but there is a decided need for house work around here.
On the other hand, with the recent snow, it's a week since I wandered up and down my street with my litter picker and now that it's gone I suspect it'll have revealed more than the usual harvest of cigarette butts and dropped sweet wrappers. It only takes ten or fifteen minutes, but it does get me past my front door.

Collect by default. By which I mean, I have trouble getting rid of 'stuff'. This is particularly true of things I've been given as presents. It feels wrong to dispose of presents. They were given with love, so should not be thrown out.
