I met Audrey Stottler at a funeral last week. She sang for the service (The Lord's Prayer). In C. I know she's a dramatic soprano, but it wasn't that early. Anyhoo, she said that she and Deborah Voigt were tight and sang together at the Met. "She was my Kaiserin in Die Frau ohne Schatten." Heard this voice live? She sings Turandot a LOT.
