(no subject)
So I didnt forget I had one of these. But my computers harddrive crashed in the middle of last sem so i havent really been doing online things. So there.
I am living in Asheville for the summer. Its not so bad, I have a few friends to hang out with and i have two jobs i like. Im working at the YMCA as a camp counselor, and teaching dance classes. all the other counselors are a year younger, but i really like them. We had to go do team-building activities and we rode in a short white bus, but no onw was too interested in my idea to put on the safety helmets and sing camp songs. They thought i was joking i think, but i was serious. And im catching up on my reading and painting. I just finished the Davinci Code so that i can see the movie, and now i need to find another intreguing book. Prehaps i might move to Dharma Bums next. I just got a new vegan cookbook and made this really delicious black bean pizza with green chilis, tomato,black olives, and avocado. It was fantastic. I also tried to make this tofu gumbo but i forgot the onions and it wasnt so great. Onions make everything better. Im planning to visit ATL at least once this summer, I really want to go see the new aqaurium. Maybe i can get some other people to go and we can pretend we are on a feildtrip and sing songs on the roadtrip. That would be oh so fun. I really miss my boyfriend. We talk alot on the phone but i would rather see him in person. I miss boone, but im kinda glad to be home. It gives me more me-time. And im repainting some furniture for the apartment next year. Oh im so exicted about my apartment. I will be able to cook and have fun things on my wall and not hide beer in coke cans when im drinking and walking around the hall. It was a good trick though, i was very proud of myself. I hope all my lj friends are well and my non-lj too.
