I put a new lightbulb in a lamp today. It was one of those cool, spiral energy saving light bulbs. I turned on the bulb; it started humming like all flourecent bulbs do. Then there was a loudish snap. The lighbulb started on fire. I was afraid. I'm throwing the lamp and that lightbulb away. It scares me.
