(no subject)
I had a slightly obnoxious day yesterday, is that even a phrase. Can one really even have an "obnoxious" day? I was in a rather pissy mood. Not because of anything anyone did but because I was upset about not having a bedroom to sleep in at home since my brother moved back in and not having things to do. My job doesn't start until the end of the month. So today, to get myself out of the house and away from sleeping in and watching movies, I'm volunteering at my mom's clinic. I figure, it's something to do to give back to my mom for providing me with a place to stay over my summer vacation.
Anyway, last night I went with my mom to Leesville High school's annual choral concert. They're an amazing group of kids. I was impressed. Olivia was singing in it, she and her mom are family friends of ours. I'll be staying with her when her mom goes to California at the end of the month for a long weekend. I think we'll go to the beach or something like that.
Anyway, that's about all there is to say right now.
Still missing emory more than words can describe.
I talked to Tim on Sunday night, I'm hoping to talk to him again in the next day or so, we'll see. It's so hard because neither one of us have great internet access and my cell phone isn't working.
I have fantastic friends in Emory, and that makes me happy...
