hardcore, good friends, good times
wow. what an awesome past couple of days.
hanging out with amanda, paige, and bill was awesome. our aqua teen hunger force party was amazing. the pictures are absolutely rediculous...but they rule so hard. the toe touching competition was so fun, and i am the man, because i won. hearing christina and irene (or christine and irena, right amanda? hahaha) talk about how awesome their thursday night was ruled. it seems like everyone was 'obsessed with tonight' that night. that quote was awesome. that entire night was awesome. waking up at 4 in the afternoon friday was not so awesome (sorry amanda!) but it was okay i guess. the chinese food was awesome. seeing all the awesome bands in brockton ruled. seeing sean was awesome (GAY OFF 2005! YOU JUST WAIT TILL TOUR!). the life of agony cover was awesome. getting punched in the left cheekbone and hit in the right shoulderblade during blacklisted was NOT awesome at all. seeing my good friend and bandmate get his nose broken was not awesome at all. he'll be okay soon. laying in bed from 3 am till 9 am and not sleeping at all wasn't so awesome, but at least im not tired (weird, huh?). hearing roommates snore all night was funny and awesome. eating cinnamon sticks and drinking tea with no sugar and watching vampire movies at 9 am was so fun. getting home at 2 saturday afternoon and actually being happy to see my mom for once in my life was awesome. telling my mom happy birthday today was awesome. seeing the look in my mom's eyes light up when i told her the two simple words 'Happy Birthday' was absolutely amazing. seeing this sight made me happier than any other moment i've ever had with my family, and it was absolutely amazing. i dont get along with anyone in my family at all...but for that split second, it seemed as if i actually belonged, and it was so awesome. i love seeing how happy i make my mom when i do little things that i know she'll like. the look on her face when that happens is one of the main reasons why im still here. just thinking about it right now makes me feel like im going to cry, and it is so awesome. taking eric and keith to the show tonight was awesome. seeing dan tonight at the guns up show for the first time in 3 weeks was awesome. knowing that he is getting married and is happy is awesome. him telling me that he wants me to be a part of his wedding was amazing. the guns up set was alright, but i was just glad to be playing with those guys again. greg telling me he wants to hang out with me this week was awesome. mike not playing with us tonight was not in the least bit awesome. going out to eat with eric, erin, and keith after the show was really fun. watching keith try to snowskate down a huge pile of snow was very funny. me trying to do it afterwards was funny too. talking about how awesome our new pop punk band is going to be on the way home was awesome. coming home and seeing four family friends who i haven't seen in years was awesome. getting some of the best advice i've ever gotten in my life tonight was very uplifting and quite awesome. it made me feel a lot better about my current situation with school (or lackthereof) and work and my family. i want to add that i am putting very much emphasis on the words 'A LOT' in that sentence. being awake for almost 36 hours and not being tired is awesome. this CD is awesome. knowing that i can hang out with any of these people again in a VERY short matter of time is the best part about all of this.
everything rules so much right now. if you can't tell from reading this, i've had a pretty fucking AWESOME weekend so far, and i still have all day tomorrow! let's just hope this streak continues, and the patriots win the superbowl...because that would just be awesome.
i love my friends, and i love my life. i dont know what i'd do without you guys, seriously. thank you. im so grateful for what i have, and i haven't felt this happy in a long time. to amanda, paige, and bill...thanks for an awesome weekend. to my other friends...hang out with me!
