[Since the end of the last curse, Lulu Bell has been holed up in her room. The injuries she sustained during her fights have all but healed, but she is in no mood to entertain.
She is, however, considering going outside today. She has spent the better part of the morning looking at the City's decorations from her window. How like home it looks with its twisted candles, macabre decor, and wickedly grinning jack-o-lanterns. Lulu Bell almost expects the Millennium Earl walking down the eerie streets... but no. She will not be driven by false hope.]
