[Accidental Video]
[The recording device shows a rather odd angle of a young woman with ashen skin--recognizable as Lulu Bell to those who have only seen her in her human guise, perhaps. Perhaps not. Her attention is focused on a rather wet cat, barely visible in frame. She looks content, as does the cat.
The sun is setting, taking the double rainbow with it. Lulu Bell looks at it one last time as it fades.]
...Is this your plan?
[The cat mrrrs in answer, but the quiet question was clearly rhetorical. She moves to grab something off screen, bumping the network device in the process and shutting it off.]
[Open Action, City Square // Sept. 30th, Evening]
[Lulu Bell is seated cross-legged on a broad cement fence. She has taken on her Noah form--dark skin, black hair, gold eyes, stigmata circling her forehead. She has been in the City long enough to realize that an inhuman appearance will do little to deter people.
Not that the Noah is terribly worried about being sighted. There is enough standing water in the streets to discourage foot traffic and many of the City's inhabitants are stranded on the beach. She and Road had watched them--watched the ark, watched its destruction, watched them mill about like penned in animals. Lulu Bell hadn't enjoyed it. The fact that the deities had seen fit to steal and mangle the Noah's story--her Master's story--irritated her to no end.
With little to do, Lulu Bell had occupied herself by collecting cats. She didn't approve of the City's treatment of its animals in the least; surely the deities know how cats detest water. She has four bedraggled cats, some stolen towels (taken without permission, rather, as the owner had been away), and saucers of milk on her cement island. The cats are in no hurry to go anywhere; the water might be shallow, but it's still there.
Lulu Bell herself is no hurry to leave, either. It's quiet in the City for a change and she's keeping fine company. There's time to think... to plan.
Any bold passersby might miss the contemplative woman in the fading light.]
[ooc: Backdated a bit. Introspective characters are difficult. v.v; Action, comment, whatever. If your character has lost a cat in the flood, feel free to recognize one of Lulu Bell's friends as a pet.]
