hopefully my knee wasn't as bad as i had thought, my x-rays came back ok, but the doctor still doesn't know if there is any tendon,miniscus, or ligament damage, so i have to wait 2 weeks to go back and get an MRI but for now a got a huge cortisone shot and i had to get a special knee brace b/c right now we're just going with i pinched some tissue in my knee, hopefully thats all it is b/c i don't want surgery.
