As I sit here right now I have 6 PBR's in me. I finished up work a short while ago and went to take a shower.. standing there.. naked.. in the bathroom I saw a ground hog across the field. I have killed 10 ground hogs so far this year.. 11 has been tricky ( Read more... )

They are freaking EVERYWHERE out here. It's a routine matter of discussion at the store down the road from me "Hey Jack, how many ground hogs have you bagged this year?" Most of us are in the 10+ range.

Believe it or not this isn't for fun or a general dislike of the things.. they are harmless to me and I'm not eating them. They burrow and dig holes in my fields. Holes an animal could break a leg in. That costs me money.

You've been out of PA too long! A sixer? Where can you buy such a thing? My beer distributors only sell cases or 30 packs! My last nice case - Troegs Double Bock - cost me 50$. My PBR is a nice easy 20.25t$ for the 30 pack. Necessity is what it is.
