I've been reading
the Thrive Diet.I really recommend it. The guy who wrote it is a vegan professional Triathlete and he knows what he's talking about.
I've been cleaning my environments like crazy. We closed at work all day yesterday just to clean. My office looks great. Same thing with my house. Next on the list is the refrigerator.
Swam 46 lengths (.63 of a mile, nearly 2/3rds) in the pool this morning without stopping. New goal is 50. Working my way up to a mile.
Remember: working out is now referred to as "training for the apocalypse."
Jenn and I just got back from lunch at Sushi Land. $5 and my cells are singing.
