Day One in Brighton!
So I had a pretty damn good day yesterday I'd say. I ended up leaving Midland around like 11:50 (as opposed to somewhere between 10 and 11) because my mom is cRaZy about me driving to Brighton by myself. Pft. So yeah, I made it here in like an hour 20...pretty good timing (tehe...I drive sorta fast!)
So after getting here I chilled with my Aunt for a bit...a long time, not really doing anything I suppose. Once my Uncle got home from golfing, we went out to dinner at this Mexican place...tasty! I still haven't gone to Los Cuatros Amigos...and I miss Chi-chi's...so yeah, it was nice to have Mexican. After dinner we walked around downtown Brighton for about an hour...I wish I lived right by a downtown that was actually nice to hang out at for a long time/walk around...it seems so nice. Grrr. Oh well..."Downtown Midland" will have to keep me content for another year. After getting back we made a bonfire...it was sweet...minus the bugs that ate me, and pretty much only me, ALIVE!!!! It sucked. I don't know why they attract to me soooooo much. It's getting rather annoying...and itchy. But anyways, me cousin came during our little fire as well...good times. So we made some s'mores and chilled (well sorta...) by the fire for a bit. Ashlee (my cousin) broke my pretty Ron Jon white sandals...AHHHHHHHH. I couldn't believe it. Oh well...I'll have to find some new cute, white sandals, hopefully with the little rhinestones and all too. Dang. Oh well, someone will have to go shopping with me when I get home. After the fire we came upstairs, watched the end of Saving Private Ryan, the second half of My Best Friend's Wedding (jello or crem brulee?...ha.), and then we turned Wimboldon, the movie, on (I didn't really watch that one). So yeah...then we talked, and talked, and talked, and talked...quite the funny convo as well...tehe! (but that was a nice convo to have...couldn't have it with anyone else...) But yeah, and then of course we laughed...a lot, cuz that's just what we always seem to do! Oh wow, good times Ashlee.
Alright, I suppose I'll get going about now...we're off to go shopping and stuff to get ready for the par-tay tomorrow! Should be sweet. So yeah, I should be home tomorrow night in time to go to fireworks...so there better be people home who want to go with me!! Call my cell phone, please, if you want to talk at all...I don't know when I'll be around the computer, but I'm not really that busy around here...so I'd love to talk with you!! *Muah*
