mri much?
so i had my mri today instead of tomorrow. wow, scary shit. it's just sooo noisy with all the clicking and stuff.
i'm reallie worried actually. my knee hurts where the "shock absorbers" of ur knee are says my doctor. or in janelle terms "damn ur screwed". so i am siting here crapping my pants waiting for results of the mri. they are looking for torn cartilage or if anything else is torn. if something is, i have to get acl surgery. they slice 2 holes in each side of ur knee and poke around...ahhh. so i am hoping (praying actually) that the mri turns out to be ok an nothing is torn.
so today was the child development graduation. sadly i must say i will miss those kids, especially courtney. she was soo cute. she reminded me of myself when i was younger - a big tomboy. i was the mc with lisa and we did an excellent job :). the kids looked adorable and they "sang" and did the hokey pokey. it was too cute.
peer leader interview was today too. i think i did ok. mrs. destefano (nurse) asked me a million wuestions and i tried reallie hard to be honest. i would reallie like to be a peer leader, but whatever happens happens.
hmmm...my weekend, i haven't talked about that yet.
friday night - i was supposed to baby-sit but they cancelled on me. decided to go with lindsay and caren to outback. there we screwed around and threw bread at each other, made the nice waitress feel better, and said hi to the people that they almost got fired. food was ok, wasn't reallie hungry. after we walked across the street to t-bowl for lazer light bowling. sooo fun!!! lindsay and i were dancing on the lanes looking like total whores. caren tried out some new dance moves too. we played and then Lindsay slept over. her and i passed out.
saturday - we woke up at 10:30 and got dressed to go to the school. mrs. uhr picked us up and we set up the stuff for the graduation on the stage. filled out diplomas for the kids, made report card and finalized stuff in the room. then we were off to v&j for pizza. mrs. uhr dropped us off after we ate, lindsay and i collapsed again, we watched the lifetime movie and tried to sleep until her dad came for her at 5:15. i got ready to baby-sit and at 6:30 i was off to their house. parents went to the racetrack at meadowlands and the kids were asleep by 10:00. i did my hw and some child development stuff and sat down to watch (of all movies) supuer troopers!!! flipped between that and madtv before alex called (!!) and surprised me. we talked, hung up, parents came home, i went home to sleep.
sunday - went to wayne day. enough said. booooooooring. then went to the fireworks and i thought alex was at work and he wasn't. i wish i would have called to see b/c then he could have come and seen them w/me. it was soo amazing. i love firworks. it takes me back to when i was reallie little and they looked soo big. it was just so amazing. i went home and had to do all my history hw and recorrect selin's "contribution" to our questions. we'll stay away from that, b/c i'm about to explode. i went to sleep at 1:30 and that's that.
now i have to do the history extra credit so eventually i can do the history paper. only a few more days of layman and he's history (haha)!!
