WHAT: Kara is trying to deal with the news Helo has given her, and Lee comes to find her to talk.

Kara wandered the halls aimlessly. She was still wondering what this place was exactly. Seemed to be military, but she hadn't exactly stuck around to do a Q & A with Helo about where they were.
A child with a Cylon.
Gods, every time the thought entered her mind, she was enveloped in disbelief. He had been her best friend. One of the most trustworthy people she knew, always doing the right thing. If someone would have told her a month ago that Helo was going to betray her----even worse than that, with a frakkin Cylon---she would've slugged them in the mouth. But now...
Maybe he was under some Cylon mind control. There was so much he believed to have occured that hadn't. Things about her being with him on Caprica, about escaping Raiders, about his Cylon lover helping the fleet time and time again... And the baby. There was no way it could've been born, let alone grown to be a toddler in such a short time. ....Maybe it had though. Maybe Cylons didn't need a lot of time to breed. Maybe it was just about manufacturing......
Kara finally sat up against the wall, still fighting back the tears that had threatened to spill over when she confronted Helo. Wherever this place, whatever it was, it wasn't good. It had ripped her from her world and placed her in an environment with crazy-ass Leoben, with a best friend she no longer really knew.
Gods, what she wouldn't do for a drink right about now.
