While the mun has to make a roadtrip back home in a little bit, whatevs.
Gaius can't stand the silence of his own mind and the silence of his room. He managed four minutes of sitting still before he tore out of his room, desperate to find someone to bother or something.
He rounds a corner and with the vague feeling that some tinkering music should be playing in the background, he sees her. Oh thank God.
"Darling." He opened his arms, fingers shaking slightly, before pressing them together in a prayer stance. "Thank God."
She hears a voice; she recognizes it as his, but a few seconds still tick by before she turns toward him, dropping her hand from where it's been trailing along the wall.
"Gaius," she murmurs, and the smile on her lips is evident.
She crosses the space to him, stopping before she's barely on top of him. Boundaries have never really existed between them.
"I was looking for the library--" she explains, but the expression on her face is a clear indication that what she's found is slightly better.
"A few rooms," Six responded, leaning into him with a smirk.
"And then a familiar face." She raised a hand to brush a few fingertips along that face, running them along the slope of his nose, the curve of his jawline.
The library can wait, though. Her contact with him doesn't waver; instead, she leans in close to murmur in his ear as hands suggestively wander. "I'm glad I found you first."

Gaius glanced around, smiling softly at her. "What did you find instead?"

A pause. "I'm glad I found you."

"So am I, Gaius," she whispered, and then added: "I was trying to find the library you were talking about before."

He pressed her into the wall, slightly. "Oh, so am I, darling. So am I."

Nothing compared to physical contact. Nothing.

Six is the only thing that would make this place bearable.

Which is rather uncharacteristic of her, but he's the only one who could evoke this reaction.
