All of you should be advised that he is currently at large on the base and should be considered extremely dangerous. Do not approach him alone. Information should be forwarded to myself, Kirk, Adama, and Miss Sterling of the American FBI.
As to the Cylons, I am leaving that situation in Commander Antilles' capable hands. All information should be routed to him and he will be coordinating all efforts to track them down. If it all possible, they should be brought in alive. We don't want unnecessary bloodshed.
