How far does your technical expertise extend, Mr. Levin? We've been looking for someone to... serve as our science expert and weapons master, someone who could help produce defenses and equipment suitable for our mission here. Would that be up your alley?

There are a... variety of energy weapons we were hoping to replicate and even improve in order to give our people something more effective than standard sidearms. What do you think you could do with a Starfleet phaser, or a Republic 'blaster'?

No idea what that stuff is, but I could probably duplicate it. Not that hard to duplicate shit and make improvements as you go. I'll give it a shot. Can't make any promises though.
