I do think the place needs some organization and a more effective, permanent security force. I have had experience leading UNIT and defending Earth from various incursions. I also realize you are currently the highest ranking military member of NATO (or the UN) on base and I would like to offer my services at constructing a version of UNIT for the defense and security of the base. It would, effectively, be a cross between a military police brigade and a combat unit.
What do you think, sir? I can begin evaluating candidates right away, if I have your permission.
