I'd like to get some specifics from you. Like how exactly you are suggesting we "touch someone before coming into contact"?

I said "TOUCH anyone you come in contact with", meaning you're in a room with someone, you bloody well shake hands with everyone in sight. Pinch 'em in the arm, whatever you got to do. Just make sure they're real before striking up a converastion.
