(no subject)
It's been a while, so here are a few highlights.
Keep in mind, I didn't check to see my last update before I did this. I apologize in advance for any repetition.
I turned 18 back in April, and still haven't gone through with my birthday plans of dancing naked men. I live on my own now, in a cute little apartment in Van Nuys. It's pretty awesome. My braces are now off, and so are my glasses. Yea, I got contacts. I'm still working all the time, and although I will not be taking classes this summer, am planning my fall semester at LAVC. I finally named my new car, Beatrice, and just last week got her new plates. They read: SQUURL. Anyway, life is awesome.
I've started a new monthly event at the Onion, and you are all invited. It's called SUUS Saturday Games, and basically what happens is that the people show up, and we all play some really fun board and card games. We've had two so far, and the next one is on July 14th at 2 in the afternoon.

I often fail to remember that holding a key in my hand, and actually using that key to open a door are not one in the same. I can't even count the number of times lately when I've gotten my keys out of my purse, carefully selected the key I wanted, and then tried to open the door without it anyway. (All of the doors in question lock automatically when they close, or soon after, so this is not a question of me actually thinking they'd be unlocked.)
