My little social network is quickly eroding, with nearly everyone I know jetting off (literally) at the end of this school year (the end of March). One amazing benefit of living in Japan is I have a more diverse group of friends, the downside is that most don't stay for more than a year. But I digress. Awwwwwwwwww... thank you, Diana! You totally and utterly made my day. <3

I am superimpressed with all your goals and this is such a an upbeat and happy post. Hurray!

And with a new term will come new people and new friends. Double hooray!

But Sarah and Dave and I cannot wait for you to move to Toronto (you're going to, right? RIGHT?) And they were over today with a couple other people for games and your name kept coming up so everyone pretty well already knows you and is excited for you to move here. YAYAYAYAYAY!

I miss you.

I would love to move to Toronto, especially as you're already working on developing my social life. ;) I don't really see myself back in Ottawa, short of being offered an amazing job. You still have your homemade Settlers board right?

I miss you too. Lots.

I clicked "reply" so that JB will get notified about it, too:

We, the undersigned, hereby petition Diana to move to Toronto upon her return to Canada if such a thing may occur. We aver that we have already hyped her up such that there will be people lining up to meet her, but we will elbow them out of the way to hang out with her first:

PS re: 3d - Anita is doing a similar course at George Brown here in TO, and she's doing co-op work in nursing homes and care facilities; she really likes it, so if you want to know what the program here is like, I'm sure she'd be happy to talk about it

PPS the Canada Post people say the package should arrive in a week (counting from last Monday), so fingers crossed!

I'm keeping my eye out for it - I love packages, especially when they are for me.

And guess what Sarah? Some of the Senka classes are teaching Harry Potter...but not mine...hopefully I can sub that at some point....
