Please read through our terms and conditions carefully! Do note that we've dedicated our service to only korean online sites ordering as of 13th June 2010; therefore there are few changes in our T&Cs. :)
001. Prices stated are fixed and inclusive of agent fee, handling fee and shipping fee. If you find that our prices are steep/ higher than others, then do not order fom us
002. We will not be responsible for wrong/damaged/missing items from supplier; though we will do our best to make sure everything goes smoothly / can be settled.
003. We reserve the rights to cancel any batch order at any time if response is not good.
004. Every batch orders will have a certain number of cap to reach / dateline to meet. No reservations of slots; first come first served basis. Do not place any order when you're not confirming your payment! If you say you're going to make payment by the time given, you better do!
005. Refunds (out-of-stock items) will be made when spree closes if the item(s) went oos before ordering. However, if the item(s) went oos during the process of shipment by agent, refunds can only be done so after around 1 week of arrival of the batch order.
006. Strictly NO BACKING OUT once payment is made to us as we'll be already processing your orders.
007. We will only hold item(s) for a period of 1 month after it's arrival; if till then, there is no reply from you, item(s) will be confiscated.
008. Colours and measurements of the items may be slightly different from pictures due to lighting, etc. The pictures provided by the supplier are taken in the best consideration.
009. Distribution methods:
Mass meet up (time, date and place will be decided by us) Most likely, there will be a total of two mass meet ups for each spree. One would be at Woodlands and the other at City Hall. Only opt for mass meet up when you're sure you can turn up. Whoever fails to turn up for the mass meet up last minute, we'll charge you a fee of SGD $5.00 for a second meet up (as you make us carry your items all around).
Singpost mailing (Registered/ normal) We will not be responsible for any lost mailing through singpost normal mailing; therefore, opt for normal mailing is at your own risk. We'd recommend registered mailing instead as there will be a tracking no. given in case of any lost mail.
Self collect (Recommended!) We'd like to encourage spree-ers to do self collection at our house as you can collect the items any time, any day, as long as your item(s) arrived.
