Whooo you wrote everything that my sleep addled brain forgot when I went and saw it at the premiere.

Sooo! OMG! Hermione was badass! She's usually just a whatever playing piece to me, but she was really good here. The Obliviate scene was really sad, and I also caught that that scene in the cafe. I wanted to smack Ron when he was all, "She's best at the charm." OMG YOU CALLOUS PRICK!

The dancing scene was really sweet but it lead up to a tension which lead everyone to expect them to kiss and I felt like that shouldn't have been there. Maybe it was there to sate the Harry/Hermione shippers, but you know what... if that's the case then part two I want Draco and Harry dancing, kay? Lol.

The added scenes were really good. Most times, especially in books, you just groan and think wtf but these were brilliant. Super!Neville was perhaps over the top, but I still laughed because Super!Neville or not the imagery was funny. - The animate scene was FUCKING BADASS! I loved it so much! - One scene that they added (unless I'm just... forgetting the book, which is possible) that I rather liked was when Bellatrix carved Mudblood into Hermione's arm.

OH! ANOTHER ONE! When they all polyjuice into the Ministry. That whole scene between Ron and Mary, where the woman believes that Ron is her husband was great. You see it coming when she kisses him, but it's still funny when it comes back and he's just Ron kissing her.

That would be a really awesome fic! You should write it! - The whole Babbity Rabbity was great though.

The whole Ginny/Harry scene was just... magoo to me. I'm in this situation where I'm a die hard Draco/Harry fan, but that world is separate from the books. (Books that, if I'm being honest, I started to dislike after the fourth one.) So watching Harry/Ginny on screen doesn't mean anything to my little Drarry Heart. But even still, they just don't seem to fit. The whole kissing scene was... not intimate as it should have been, and as you said George is the one that made that scene. I almost feel like they knew it wasn't enough to have them kiss, which should say something.

Mmm, I can see where you would get that idea with Dobby, but he was that way even in the book. I know book world and movie world make it two different things, but at 2:30 in the morning it really hit a spot with me. Dobby was so fucking awesome up until that point what with him elbowing his way in front of Kreacher on the table a few times and being called Sir. It lead up to me being incredibly heartbroken when he died. So I cried like a baby.

I didn't mind that it was dug in the daylight when it should have been dark. What bothered me is that he dug the grave in fucking SAND. Ooooh you worked REAL hard there buddy! It was supposed to be fucking DIRT! It was supposed be HARD! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO MEAN SOMETHING! A fucking two year old can dig in the dirt ya damn whores!

That didn't happen though because they didn't want to bring in the house yet. But he was supposed to be buried right behind the house. Rawr.

ANYWAY!

I'm surprised that the Bill guy was Moody's son. It makes you cringe a little cause all you see is Moody. But I will say, Bill was looking DAMN FINE.

"I wanted to smack Ron when he was all, "She's best at the charm." OMG YOU CALLOUS PRICK!" I can't remember whether they even know what she's done with her parents at this point. And he just said that she's best at spells, plural. I think it was a general statement.

"part two I want Draco and Harry dancing, kay? Lol." In fairness, we got some hardcore eye-fucking going on. (No, I really don't care that Harry was all puffy-faced. And neither did Draco. Think about that for a sec.) :oD

I totally forgive the whole super!Neville bit, because they included him at all, and they had to their bit in minimal time, with no build up. Also, him sitting with Ginny was another "Aww, but she'd be so much better off with Neville" moment for me.

Yeah, they did add the Mudblood carved into Hermione's arm, but that frankly needed to be gorier to be really effective. You'd have to do it really carefully and mop it up for it to be that neat right after.

I actually didn't like the big kiss with Mary. I thought that was entirely the wrong moment for a comedy break. It completely wrecked the tension and urgency of the whole escaping-from-the-ministry thing for me.

I know Dobby was like that in the book, and in previous films. Frankly, it's always made me cringe deeply, and the fact that he was dying didn;t make it any better for me. I know that just about everyone else cried buckets over it. It's OK, I've already been told that it means I have no soul. :oP

The thing that I forgot to mention about the burial is that the top of a sand dune is pretty much the Worst Place Ever to bury someone. What happens to sand when it gets windy? It blows away. Ewwww!

I have no plot for the Professor of Wizard Culture fic, but it will make a fine prompt for someone some day.
