In the order I met them:

Hyperbole and a Half: Texas. I read this in the middle of the night, so I had to try to laugh 'til I cried silently.
However, This is Why I'll Never Be An Adult is the one I'm probably going to quote until I become really annoying. (I think I love Hyperbole and a Half Alot.)
